The free, no obligation initial consultation is a critical step in the home construction and renovation process. This is a service we conduct thoroughly and treat it with the respect it deserves.
The consultation is to get to know you and your family’s tastes and hopes for your projects. You should have a rough idea of what you want and a wish list of what you might like to see in the end product, so we can create something beautiful that you will be proud to call your home.
After the initial meeting we should be able to give a “rough” price. From that point, we will have a second meeting to discuss if the project will continue. If not, it was a pleasure to meet you.
Following a positive initial consultation and the signing of a construction contract, GYRM will provide you with a one-on-one concept consultation to determine what will work best for you and your family.
We will create a budget and schedule.
Our in-house architect will meet with you to develop a design you will love.
From that point we apply for permits. Once permits are approved, we will start building your beautiful custom home.
