The process of building a home involves four main steps, each with its own timeframe:
Initial Meeting & Preliminary Drawings
Completing your preliminary drawings typically takes about two weeks after our first meeting. These initial plans give you a clear vision of your project’s layout and design.
Design Review & Revisions
Next, you’ll meet with the architect to review the drawings and request any changes or adjustments. This step ensures the plans reflect exactly what you want before moving forward.
Permit Application
Within about one month of the initial meeting, we aim to have your permit application ready to submit.
Initial Meeting & Preliminary Drawings
Permit approval times vary depending on the city. Within one week of submitting your application, GYRM will open direct communication with city officials to help speed up the process.
