How long does a project take?
After our initial meeting it takes about two weeks to get preliminary drawings completed.
The homeowners then meet with the architect to make changes and revisions to the drawings to ensure they show exactly what is wanted.
Within one month we should be ready to apply for permits.
Permit approval times vary from city to city. Within one week of applying for these permits, GYRM will open a line of communication with the city to help expedite the process.
Permits usually take about one month for approval. That is without having to apply at OMB or COJ.
