Next, you’ll meet with the architect to review the drawings and request any changes or adjustments. This step ensures the plans reflect exactly what you want before moving forward.
Within about one month of the initial meeting, we aim to have
your permit application ready to submit.
Permit approval times vary depending on the city. Within one week of submitting your application, GYRM will open direct communication with city officials to help speed up the process.
