proceed and sign the construction contract, that’s when we’ll
move into a personalized concept consultation, really refining
the design and plan for your family.
We’ll develop a detailed budget and schedule tailored to
your project.
In close collaboration with you, our in-house architect
will provide a design that you will adore.
Once that design is absolutely perfect, don't worry
about the paperwork. We'll handle all the permit
applications for you—it's part of our job to make
this process smooth.
As soon as those permits come through (and trust us,
we'll be just as excited as you are), that's
when the actual building begins. We'll start
constructing your beautiful custom home, bringing all
those plans to life, brick by brick.
