What happens when you skip the general contractor

Major home renovations often involve multiple phases, trades, permits, inspections, and planning considerations. Coordinating these moving parts requires clear communication, scheduling, and project organization throughout the renovation process.

GYRM Construction works with homeowners across East York and Toronto to help coordinate residential renovation projects from planning through completion.

GYRM is the GC. We manage every trade, every permit, and every problem that surfaces along the way. You have one point of contact and one fixed contract price.
