CHISHOLM AVE.

This was a major renovation of a 520 square foot 1 bedroom bungalow.

We did a rear and second floor extension.The house is now 1,500 square feet, PLUS the finished basement is another 750 square feet! All three floors also have 9 foot ceilings.
