Was an existing bungalow with a single car garage. We took
down the old garage right down to the footing. We rebuilt a
new foundation wall and an insulated, dry-walled garage.
Above the garage we built a new 550 square foot second floor
addition with a bedroom, a bathroom and a family room that
leads to a 24′ x 6′ balcony.
